The easiest approach is to meet with Don for a short recorded conversation (5–15 minutes).

If you prefer, you can also record the story yourself and send us the audio.

If you are a writer just send us the text file.

You can record your story in English or Spanish.

All stories can be read in either language.

What Happens Next

If you’d like Don to record your story, he will contact you to arrange a day and time.

If you’d like to record it yourself, we’ll send simple recording instructions.

We turn the audio into a written story and post it on the Sonoma Stories site.

You can make changes any time you want.
